Agreement

These terms govern your use of tcgsuppliers.com and any purchase you make from TCG Supply Co, located at 1871 Wells Rd, Suite 17, Orange Park, FL 32073. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

We may update these terms as our business changes. The version posted when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. We accept your order when we ship it or confirm it's ready for pickup.

We may cancel or limit an order — with a full refund — if:

• An item is out of stock or was oversold
• A price or product description was listed in error
• We suspect fraud, reseller abuse, or a broken purchase limit
• Payment can't be verified

Purchase limits on high-demand and preorder product exist so real customers can buy at all. We enforce them.

Pricing & errors

Prices are in US dollars and move with the market — card prices in particular can change daily. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

Obvious pricing or listing errors are not binding on us. If we catch one after you've ordered, we'll contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund you in full. Your choice.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you provide. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in losing access to future orders — reach out and we'll almost always solve it faster than your bank will.

Preorders

Preorder release dates come from publishers and distributors, and they change. We pass along what we're told as soon as we know it.

Preorder charges are taken at checkout unless the product page says otherwise. You can cancel any preorder for a full refund before it ships. If a publisher cancels a product, you're refunded automatically.

Product authenticity & condition

Every card we sell is genuine to the best of our knowledge, and we inspect for counterfeits as a matter of routine. If you ever receive something you believe isn't authentic, contact us and we'll resolve it.

Condition is graded on the standard market scale — Near Mint through Damaged — and described honestly on each listing. Because condition is judged by eye, minor differences of opinion are possible; if a card isn't as described, our refund policy covers you.

Sealed product is sold as received from our distributors. We don't open, weigh, search, or repack it, and we can't guarantee what's inside any sealed pack or box.

Selling cards to us

Buylist submissions are governed by the separate buylist terms, which cover grading, variances, shipping responsibility, what we can't buy, and payment timing.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, attempt to bypass purchase limits, or misrepresent who you are. We may refuse service to anyone doing these things.

All site content — text, photography, layout, logos, and original artwork — belongs to TCG Supply Co and can't be reused commercially without written permission. Card names, game names, and character art are the property of their respective publishers.

Limitation of liability

This site and everything on it is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, TCG Supply Co isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any product, including lost profits or loss of collection value.

Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits rights you have under Florida or federal consumer law.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Clay County, Florida.
