Heads up: the market doesn't price above Near Mint, so Mint quotes at the Near Mint price and we verify it in hand. If it's truly flawless, getting it professionally graded first is usually worth more than selling it raw — ask us and we'll tell you honestly.
We use the same scale the market prices in — pick the worst tier any visible flaw puts it in. One obvious crease outranks an otherwise clean card.
- Mint M
- Flawless to the naked eye — perfect corners, no surface marks, well centered. Rare. Quoted at the Near Mint price, since the market doesn't price higher without a professional grade.
- Near Mint NM
- Looks unplayed. Unmarked surface, sharp corners, clean edges — at most a faint flaw you'd need to hunt for.
- Lightly Played LP
- Minor edge wear, light scuffs or small scratches, corners slightly soft. Nothing severe, no structural damage.
- Moderately Played MP
- Wear you notice right away — border whitening, corner wear, visible scratching, light dirt, or a small crease that hasn't broken the card.
- Heavily Played HP
- Major wear — heavy whitening, rounded corners, deep scratches, creases or bends, water marks. Still playable in a sleeve.
- Damaged DMG
- Tears, holes, folds, heavy creasing, writing, missing pieces, or warping.
- Graded slab PSA/BGS/CGC
- Already professionally graded and sealed in a case. Don't grade it yourself — pick "Graded slab", send front and back photos, and our team quotes it by hand.
Grade in good light, out of the sleeve — sleeves hide scratches. Full grading guide →
Still hard to read — you can continue with your own grade, and we'll confirm by hand when the card arrives.
We couldn't auto-grade this photo, so your own grade stands for now.
You've chosen —, but our scan of your photo read it as —.
That's fine — you know your card better than a photo does. Just know our team grades it in hand when it arrives, and if we disagree we'll contact you with a revised offer before any payout. You can always add a note below.
This is a ballpark, not your offer. Slab value depends on the grade, the specific card and current population, so a team member reviews your photos and emails you a firm quote — usually within one business day. Nothing is owed either way until you accept it.
Snap the actual card in your hand — we verify against these photos before payout.
