Who we are
TCG Supply Co is a trading card retailer located at 1871 Wells Rd, Suite 17, Orange Park, FL 32073. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or sell cards to us, why we collect it, and what choices you have. If you have questions, email us at Ryan@TCGsuppliers.com.
Information you give us
We collect information you enter yourself, including:
- Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and shipping or billing address.
- Order information — what you bought or sold, order totals, and payment confirmation details.
- Buylist submissions — the cards you list, the condition you select, any notes you write, and the photographs you upload of your cards.
- Messages — anything you send us by email, phone, or a form on this site.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records some technical information automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit, and how you arrived. This comes from cookies and similar technologies, and it is used to keep the site working, keep your cart intact, prevent fraud, and understand which pages are useful.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site — carts and checkout in particular — may not work correctly if you do.
Payment information
We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers, who handle your card details directly under their own security standards and privacy policies.
How we use your information
We use what we collect to:
- Process orders, buylist submissions, and payments
- Price and grade the cards you submit, and contact you about a variance before payout
- Provide customer service and answer your questions
- Send order and shipping notifications
- Detect and prevent fraud, counterfeits, and abuse
- Meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations
- Improve the store and, if you have opted in, send marketing
Your buylist photos
Photographs you upload with a buylist submission are used to identify your cards, assess their condition, and document the condition of what you sent us. They are stored with your submission as part of our transaction records, which we keep for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.
To assess condition, photos are processed by an automated image-analysis service. That processing produces a condition estimate only. Your photos are not used to advertise to you and are not sold to anyone.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties that help us operate:
- Shopify — our store, checkout, and order platform
- Payment processors — to take payment and issue payouts
- Shipping carriers — to deliver orders and returned cards
- Service providers — email, analytics, and the image-analysis and pricing services behind our buylist
- Authorities — when required by law, subpoena, or to investigate fraud or stolen property
How long we keep it
Order and buylist records, including submission photos, are kept as long as needed for accounting, warranty, tax, and dispute purposes — generally at least the period required by Florida and federal record-keeping rules. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to retain.
Your choices and rights
You may:
- Unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any marketing email
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask for corrections to anything inaccurate
- Ask for deletion of information we are not legally required to keep

Children
This store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Anyone under 18 should have a parent or guardian handle any sale of cards to us. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, restricted staff access, and reputable processors — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects your data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The revised version, with a new date at the top, takes effect when posted. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
